Caster Wheel
The problem with the CASTER WHEEL in the market is mostly on low load bearing capacity which cause of short service life time. Because that wheel uses PPG grade which have low property of load bearing capacity. To solve this problem we use PTMEG grade which have high load bearing capacity, so the service life time of the wheel will be extended.
In case of rubber caster wheel, it also have problem with low load bearing capacity and make the black mark on the floor which is very difficult to clean up. Some use nylon caster wheel but it’ll cause the slip problem.
The solution to these problems, without buying the new caster wheel, we can recoat the old caster wheel hub with PTMEG polyurethane which can save cost of new wheel and extend the service life of the wheel.
In case of large forklift wheel that worn out we can recoat its rubber wheel by polyurethane. So the problems from dust and black mark will be disappeared.
PU Parts
For several industry, polyurethane parts can replace their existing parts, such as bush, seal, o-ring, coupling and etc. Using machine to cut the polyurethane rod directly will be costly and waste of polyurethane. Polyurethane parts can be made by casting process which mold cost is cheaper than plastic or rubber. So if you need a small quantity of parts, polyurethane casting is the right way to save cost. Original suspension bush made from rubber coated on nylon tube, it’s sometimes peel off between rubber and nylon when the bus takes higher load. Polyurethane can be casted in one piece then the peel off will be solved. In addition, polyurethane hardness is higher than rubber so bus stability is improved. |
Anti Static
For some applications, anti-static parts are needed in order to prevent static shock. Special polyurethane will be used to make anti-static part such as a vacuum cleaner joint. Squeegee Rubber
Squeegee rubber for screening work of glass bottle that is not round shape. The 60 shore A polyurethane can be grinded to be the same shape as the bottle. |
